F.A.CT.S. does not specify or recommend carriers. The same carriers you have always used, you will be able to still use.

Will our relationship change with our carrier?

F.A.C.T.S. can actually help improve your carrier relations and discounts by reliably providing prompt accurate payment and information. We can also also assist your carriers in amending ongoing pricing issues, at no additional cost.

How hard is it to get started with F.A.C.T.S.?

How often does F.A.C.T.S. pay the carriers?
F.A.C.T.S. has a weekly check run process; we also offer immediate payment services for situations where you need to pay invoices on the same day.
What currencies can F.A.C.T.S. pay?
F.A.C.T.S. maintains a US and Canadian Trust payment account. We can also wire funds in any denomination Internationally.
What type of invoices can F.A.C.T.S. process?
F.A.C.T.S. can audit and pay any Transportation related invoicing. Including Air, LTL, Truckload, Tanker, Rail, Ocean, International, Couriers and small package.
Can F.A.C.T.S. pay vendor invoices for freight?
F.A.C.T.S. does not pay supplier or vendors for invoiced freight. Neither should you. Your company should always arrange and pay for the freight costs separately from the cost of the product.
How will you know how to General Ledger Account Code our Company’s Freight Bills?
Our clients provide an account Coding Matrix that allows us to determine what G/L account should be charged for each shipment. If we have questions we will scan a bill over for coding and or coding explanation.
What happens to our invoices after they have been paid?
F.A..C.T.S can return the original invoicing after payment, or can scan the invoices to a PDF file, or burn to CD. We can also store the images on the website with searchable function by pro or invoice number.
Who does the Carrier contact for payment status?
Our website is updated daily with the status of all paid invoices, or invoicing in process. The Carrier can also call our office for payment status.
Can you help us find carriers?
F.A.C.T.S. data base contains 10’s of thousand carriers, I am confident we can find a good carrier to meet your needs.
